Alrighty then, in the past 24 hours, I finished packing, I got over my fear of planes * thanks Brent =)* I finished listening to my Mom tell me how much of an oddball I am * which I must say was one of our more funnier discussions*, I finished watching the kids, plus I finished checking my e-mail… sounds about your typical day =)

Last night at church was good and we had a great sermon. Plus today I should be getting a call from Jill just before I see her at the airport on Saturday, yay!!

Hehehe so my summer is really starting to wind down. And it made me think, what were the goals I made for this summer.

1. Get my permit…. end result? Going tomorrow to get it…

2. Get into a long term relationship… end result? HAHAHA, that was one of my more funnier jokes…

3. Start becoming mature… end result? Why can’t people just stay young at heart?

4. Go to more shows and concerts… end result? I think I went to one…

5. Gain a closer relationship with God… end result? BiINGO, I definitely got that one which I am thankful for…

So would we say that this complete summer was a waste of time and energy? After reviewing my goals, to many, some would say yes it was a waste. But I personally think it was a summer to remember, which I still have some time left. I’m gunna be a senior in high school this year… who knew? Ok just had to share those thoughts with people… =)

  1. ah, what a goal setter! My goal is to not set myself goals..because then I’m not disappointed when I don’t get around to working on them.. =)

  2. i think in order to get to more shows or a concert, we both need to get off our butts and get a job, or wait till sources of income fall from the sky.  oh wait yea, and be able to drive.  wooh, oh yea and long term relationships…like the famed jesse’s girlfriend? hahahahahahahaha.
but yea woman, your summer was not a waste.
